At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS at our discretion. Shipping rates are based on your subtotal amount as follows:
Shipping to United States
- $0.00 - $34.99 = $3.99
- $35.00 - $49.99 = $9.99
- $50.00 - $84.99 = $14.99
- $85.00 + = FREE
Shipping to Canada (customs and taxes not included)
- We only ship via USPS to Canada. Rates are calculated based on the Canada shipping address and weight of the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, and PayPal. Payment will be debited immediately. We do have a payment plan option for preorders.
Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly through the Icon Heroes website at www.iconheroes.com. For products purchased elsewhere, please contact that seller or retailer for their return policy. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our refund policy only applies to products purchased directly through the Icon Heroes website at www.iconheroes.com. We are unable to issue refunds for products purchased elsewhere. For products purchased elsewhere, please contact that seller or retailer for their refund policy. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Refunds (late or missing)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a 3 day processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Pre-order Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD)
All limited-edition pre-order items require a non-refundable 10% deposit to reserve your order during production. Click here to see the pre-order items list.
- 24-hour grace period: you may cancel your pre-order within 24-hours of placement for a refund, excluding any payment plan service fee (if elected).
- NRD cannot be applied to a different product or other orders.
- NRD may be refunded if the new arrival date is over 90 days past the original estimated delivery date on the product page and customer cancels the order before shipment.
Several items won't be out for some time, and while you still may pay for the items all at once, we understand you may want to spread out the payments. Click here to see the pre-order items eligible for our Payment Plan.
If you opt for the Payment Plan, there is 10% non-refundable initial deposit, flexible monthly payments, as well as a small, non-refundable, set-up fee (NRSF) per transaction. You may choose the number of payment from 1 – 6.
Items will ship after receipt of final payment and item is in stock. If you wish to ship your “in stock” items first, please place a separate “pay now” order for the in stock items. Your final payment includes the shipping and sales tax for your order.
You are contractually required to make your scheduled payments. In the event you are unable to make a payment or accidentally miss a payment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of the payment due date. There is a non-refundable $10.00 Payment Plan Reinstatement Fee per reinstatement event. If you default on your contract and do not contact us within the allotted 10 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and retain the NRD and NRSF.
You may cancel any Payment Plan order for a refund, excluding the NRD and NRSF, as long as it has not shipped.
